OVERVIEW
This workshop is for any airline crew or
handling agents who have
customer facing roles either on the ground or in the air and whose
native
language isn’t
English. Each workshop is tailor-made to coincide with
the roles of the people attending the session.
The workshop doesn’t teach
customer services per se
but piggy-backs your airline’s procedures so that
information can be delivered to your passengers in a way that is
understandable
and does not create tensions due to misunderstandings in tone or body
language.
The workshop helps the attendees to use the correct English for
different
scenarios, using the right tones, intonations and body language in
order to
portray a friendly and helpful response to your customers.
